HAVE MEAL ON TIME
Today's lifestyle give rise to unhealthy and irregular meal. We don't take care of our lunch and dinner to have on time. Because of it results in decrease in blood glucose level and we feel fatigue and lose of energy.
AVOID NEGATIVE PEOPLE
