INTRODUCTION When we are on diet or took a step towards healthier lifestyle we surround by a challenge of unhealthy temptation or craving. When we are at office cafeteria the donut dip in chocolate pull towards itself and your mind says only last time. When we are at supermarket it is quite difficult to say no to junk food. Craving is every where no matters where you are if you are on diet you will face it.  The only thing we have to learn is how to say no to unhealthy craving. There are many ways to control your temptations and cravings lets learn some of them. DO NOT LOOSE MOTIVATION  Be on track why you choose the healthy lifestyle.
