 INTRODUCTION 

Skin is the very first part of our body that fight against various conditions like germs, hot and cold weather, sunlight radiation, wind, infection, microorganism, chemicals, etc. 
 Our skin also reflects how healthy we look. It is our duty to take care of our skin and eat healthy food to make it more protective and glowy. Person with glowy skin feels more confident as compare to person with dead and dry skin. 
There are various food items that helps to make our skin more healthy and protective. Lets learn some of them.




CHIA SEED

Having chia seeds shows very good impact to our skin. Omega-3 fatty acid present in chia seeds helps in lumi skin i.e. make our glow. 
Chia seeds hydrates oily skin. Fibre present in it absorbs large amount of water and works as hydrating element.

ORANGE
