INTRODUCTION
We all are concern about our health and diet. We perform different different activities to improve our health like we follow particular diet chart and go to gymnasium for muscular health and while practicing all such activities slowly or after particular time period we loose interest in these strict diet and activities.
But we do not pay attention towards developing the healthy eating habits. This helps lot in our weight management and plays a important role in healthy life style.

ADD WHOLE GRAIN TO YOUR DIET
Adding whole grain to your diet is very important as it include fiber, vitamins, minerals, proteins, antioxidants and plant products. It helps in lowering the risk of heart disease and obesity. It helps in digestion of food and may reduce the risk of cancer.
START YOUR DAY WITH BREAKFAST
Having the breakfast daily is one of the best healthy eating habit. Proper breakfast fulfil the need of some vitamins and other nutrients. The food items we usually have in breakfast are dairy, egg and fruits.
And research shows having breakfast is helpful in loosing weight whereas skipping your first meal of day may increase your weight.
DO NOT SKIP YOUR MEAL
Many of us think that daily skipping of our meal is helpful in weight management but as in reality it is not true.
It is because if we skip our meal our hunger increase and when we have our meal we overeat this do not show good impact on our health. In fact overeating may lead to weight gain.
EAT SLOWLY
Slowly eating your meal is enjoying every bite of your meal. Benefit of eating slowly is it improves digestion It helps in reducing stress and absorbs more nutrient as compare to fast eating. It also helps in loosing weight.
EAT RAINBOW
Eat rainbow means adding different vegetables and fruits to your diet. Each vegetable and fruit have its own color and have different vitamin and minerals and many health benefits. Having vegetable in our breakfast is very healthy and boost our immunity.
IGNORE FULL FAT DAIRY
Dairy products are very healthy for our body. By ignoring the fat of dairy product can helps us more as compare to full fat dairy as we cut the cholesterol which is not good for our heart and health. And having fat free dairy also help us in reducing weight.
ADD PROTEIN TO YOUR DIET
Protein help us in many ways like it helps in maintaining weight loss. Protein helps in increasing your muscles growth it also reduce your craving for unhealthy food. It helps in boosting metabolic rate. It helps in lowering the high blood pressure.
CUT DOWN SUGAR
Cutting down the sugar from your diet is cutting the extra calories from your diet that may increase your weight.
When a person quite the sugar his/her mental health improves. It improves focus of person and also a person feels more energetic as it reduce tiredness from your body. So cutting down the sugar is good healthy eating habit.
HAVE BAKED FOOD INSTEAD OF FRIED
We all know how fried food is harmful to our health so replace your fried food with baked food. Baked food is healthy as it reduce the amount of oil intake. It help in loosing your weight. And the plus point of baked food is that it is also good in taste. In todays modern cooking baking is the good practice to follow.
HAVE BALANCED DIET
Having balance diet means adding all three main categories of nutrient i.e. protein, fat and carbohydrate to you diet all three groups have their individual function that are very important to our body. Balance diet reduce the risk of nutrient deficiency disease and helps our body to work properly.
