15 PLANT BASED FOOD FOR GAINING MUSCLES

 INTRODUCTION

Mass gaining of muscles is making your muscles strong so that it enhance your physical activities, makes your body lean and healthy. 
Muscles mass gaining also improve your immunity. Person with lean muscles have less chances to fall ill as compare to normal person.


Usually person increase their muscles mass by following non-vegetarian diet like they eat chicken, fishes, lean meat, egg, etc..
What about vegetarian person who wants to increase their muscles mass and wants to decrease their body fat for healthier lifestyle and improving their physical activities.
