Introduction
Health is our first priority for good and healthy lifestyle. If a person is not suffering from any disease it does not mean he/she is healthy. Health is a state of physical, mental, social and spiritual well being.
There are various activities that helps us to maintain good health and shows their positive effect on our healthy lifestyle.
These activities includes exercise, detoxification, friends, healthy conversation, spending time with family, laughter, balanced diet, good sleep and happiness all these plays an important role in healthy lifestyle.
And all these activities works as MEDICINE in our life.
1. Exercise
Exercise helps in physical and mental health of person. As exercise helps in weight management, protect us from disease, reduce anxiety and depression. Exercise also improves our memory and helps in maintaining joint health.

Three groups are energy giving food, body building food and protective food. These all groups fulfil are entire needs of nutrients in body. Having a balanced diet is best you can do with yourself.
8. Nature
Spending time with nature helps in our personality development. It make us feel good, release tension, helpful in managing high blood pressure. It is also helpful in improving physical health, confidence and self esteem.
