Lungs are very important organ of our body. We are alive because we breathes every time. Lungs provides oxygen in every organ of our body and removes carbon dioxide.
We can not image the role of our lungs until we experience the breathing problems. Without oxygen we can not live and without lungs we can not get oxygen in our body. So we have to take care of our lungs and food items what we eat plays an important role in lungs health.
